Already at the age of 10 years, i had my first contact with computers – playing on the Commodore C64 aroused my interest on the inside of these machines at that time. So pretty soon I started to teach myself programming and thus it was clear for me where my path should lead. Until today i never got away from IT – I really never wanted to – and so my hobbies have always been very closely connected to this field. I came to photography around 2006 through a friend and was enthusiastic from the beginning. After being rather afraid of the technology and the complexity of the subject at the beginning, i became more and more courageous, interested and eager to experiment over the years.

Even on vacation, the camera may not be missing – sometimes much to the frustration of my girlfriend, when i’m once again – in the middle of nowhere – suddenly lying in the dust and trying to capture the moment and the environment perfectly for about 30 minutes or even longer.
